About the role
Responsibilities
- Process teller counter service transactions including cash deposits, withdrawals, drafts, telegraphic transfers, and foreign currency sales
- Liaise with the Treasury department to obtain best rates for VIP and high net worth customers
- Cross sell or identify and refer product inquiries from prospective customers to Sales staff
- Act as a dual custodian for branch vault cash and security stationery
- Perform cash reconciliation, end-of-day balancing, and general filing
- Ensure proper processing of centralized activities per Branch Operations Centralization Projects
Requirements
- Must be a UAE National
- Knowledge of ADIB's Retail Banking products, services, and operational policies
- Understanding of UAE banking practices, regulations, and risks
- Thorough knowledge of regulations issued by the Central Bank of UAE
- Basic computer skills and knowledge of service standards
