About the role
Responsibilities
- Handle cash withdrawals and deposits in UAE Dirhams and Foreign Exchange
- Process cheque deposits, inter-account transfers, and end-of-day reconciliation
- Provide services for Demand Drafts, Telegraphic Transfers, and IPO processing
- Manage inward and outward clearing of bills and cheques
- Assist customers with queries via telephone and in-person interactions
- Ensure 100% error-free transactions and compliance with audit and risk standards
- Generate leads for retail products and meet referral targets
- Onboard customers to online and mobile banking applications
Requirements
- High School graduate
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in the banking sector
- Familiarity with bank products, customer experience, and related policies
