About the role
Responsibilities
- Support the drafting, review, redlining, and negotiation of a broad range of commercial agreements on both the customer and vendor sides of transactions
- Work closely with the legal team and business stakeholders to support timely contract preparation, practical problem resolution, and compliance with contractual obligations
- Handle routine and moderately complex contract matters within established guidance
- Recognize and escalate non-standard or higher-risk issues to the Senior Contract Attorney
Requirements
- Licensed attorney
- 0-2 years of relevant legal experience
- Ability to develop sound commercial judgment
