About the role
Responsibilities
- Rotate across key business areas including Product Sales & Marketing and Customer Excellence & Market Access
- Work closely with team members to understand business processes and contribute to key projects
- Collaborate cross-functionally with medical, regulatory, and finance teams to deliver business initiatives
- Analyze market data and business challenges to propose creative solutions to senior stakeholders
- Gain a broad understanding of the pharmaceutical and aesthetics sectors through hands-on learning
- Participate in one-on-one mentorship, coaching, and formal training workshops
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Biomedical, Pharmacy, Science, or a relevant field
- Emirati National with UAE Family Book
- Full Right to Work in the UAE
- Full Driving License by the start of the program
- Proficiency in English and Arabic
- Foundational commercial acumen and proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Flexibility to relocate to or commute to Dubai
