About the role
Responsibilities
- Complete a 2-month shadow and capstone project to gain exposure to AbbVie's business and culture
- Participate in a two-year rotational development program across key business areas such as Product Sales & Marketing and Customer Excellence & Market Access
- Collaborate cross-functionally with medical, regulatory, and finance teams to deliver business initiatives
- Take ownership of assigned projects, analyze market data, and communicate insights to senior stakeholders
- Develop a broad understanding of the pharmaceutical and aesthetics sectors through hands-on learning
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Biomedical, Pharmacy, Science, or a relevant field
- Emirati National with UAE Family Book
- Full Right to Work in the UAE
- Full Driving License by the start of the program
- Strong English and Arabic proficiency
- Analytical and strategic mindset with foundational commercial acumen
