Responsibilities

• Assess guest needs and preferences to customize spa treatments

• Collaborate with the Spa Manager to develop and update spa treatment protocols and menu offerings
• Stay updated on spa and wellness trends and industry best practices
• Uphold spa standards, sanitation, and safety measures
• Participate in spa therapy training and development programs
• Ensure the comfort and well-being of guests during spa treatments
• Provide a welcoming and professional spa experience to all guests
• Operate in a safe and environmentally friendly manner to safeguard the health and safety of guests, colleagues, and environmental conservation
• Adhere to the company's environmental, health, and safety procedures and policies
