About the role
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test and maintain backend services and AI-assisted applications for threat investigation workflows
- Partner with investigators to translate requirements into engineering solutions
- Troubleshoot production issues, failed workflows and data inconsistencies
- Participate in rotating on-call coverage, including weekends and holidays
- Improve reliability and observability through monitoring, logging and testing
Requirements
- Strong Python and backend application development experience
- Experience with production operations, SRE or platform engineering
- Familiarity with REST APIs, asynchronous processing and system integrations
- Practical experience with AI-powered applications or LLM APIs
- Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills
- Availability for scheduled on-call coverage
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with task queues, background workers or distributed systems
- Familiarity with AWS, GCP or Azure
- Experience with observability tools and incident management
- Background in cybersecurity, trust and safety or threat intelligence
