About the role
Responsibilities
- Apply TikTok-first editing styles including fast-paced cuts, engaging hooks, captions, and transitions
- Repurpose existing and long-form content into engaging short-form TikTok videos
- Optimize videos for performance and engagement using platform trends and audience retention techniques
- Support short-form content growth to increase reach and interaction
Requirements
- Native Arabic speaker with excellent written and verbal communication in Arabic and English
- Proven experience in TikTok video editing and short-form content creation
- Proficiency in editing tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or Canva
- Strong understanding of TikTok trends and social media strategies for the MENA market
