About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead office staff to achieve customer service goals
- Implement and follow Copart processes for Customer Service, Dispatch, and Title Processing
- Hire, train, develop, and motivate staff members
- Manage day-to-day operations and employee scheduling
- Handle cash handling and daily bank deposits
- Monitor office supplies inventory and conduct performance reviews
- Handle employee and customer service issues
Requirements
- High School Degree (GED), some college preferred
- Three years of office management or equivalent experience
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite
- Typing speed of at least 45 WPM
- Basic 10 Key proficiency
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Valid Driver's license
- Ability to travel as needed
