About the role
Responsibilities
- Assist auto insurance companies with procurement of vehicle titles and paperwork
- Manage call queues and provide claim updates
- Create and send Total Loss Packets per state guidelines
- Coordinate with Lien Holders to secure payoff information and titles
- Communicate with owners and insureds regarding documentation
- Review mail for compliance with State guidelines
- Monitor shared inboxes to ensure tasks are completed per company policy
Requirements
- 1+ years of office customer service experience
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Proficiency with Microsoft products and basic office equipment
- Ability to analyze vehicle title documents
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver's license
