TM/TR Solutions Engineer (EMEA)

Responsibilities

• Support prospective Tier-3 clients throughout the pre-sales journey
• Engage with clients via chat and calls to understand business context and anti-fraud needs
• Collect, clarify, and validate business and technical requirements
• Deliver product demos to explain use cases and platform value
• Support clients during testing and evaluation phases
• Explain integration approaches and workflows
• Collaborate with Sales, Solution Architects, Product, and Compliance teams

Requirements

• Familiarity with AML and financial crime prevention concepts
• Experience with transaction monitoring, crypto compliance, and Travel Rule requirements
• Comfortable engaging in pre-sales technical discussions and reviewing APIs
• Strong communication and presentation skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Ability to gather and document requirements using standardized templates
• Pragmatic and solution-oriented mindset
