About the role
Responsibilities
- Support prospective Tier-3 clients throughout the pre-sales journey
- Engage with clients via chat and calls to understand business context and anti-fraud needs
- Collect, clarify, and validate business and technical requirements
- Deliver product demos to explain use cases and platform value
- Support clients during testing and evaluation phases
- Explain integration approaches and workflows
- Collaborate with Sales, Solution Architects, Product, and Compliance teams
Requirements
- Familiarity with AML and financial crime prevention concepts
- Experience with transaction monitoring, crypto compliance, and Travel Rule requirements
- Comfortable engaging in pre-sales technical discussions and reviewing APIs
- Strong communication and presentation skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to gather and document requirements using standardized templates
- Pragmatic and solution-oriented mindset
