Trade and Partnership Manager

Responsibilities

• Own trade channel P&L contribution, hitting revenue and margin targets across retail, ecommerce, and distributor accounts
• Build and manage the trade sales pipeline from prospecting to sustained reorders
• Manage relationships with pet specialty stores, retail chains, veterinary clinics, and grooming salons
• Negotiate listings, shelf space, planograms, and in-store positioning
• Manage online stockists including Amazon.ae, Noon, and quick-commerce platforms
• Identify, evaluate, and onboard new channel partners and distributors in the UAE and international markets
• Structure distributor agreements regarding territory, pricing, margin, and exclusivity
• Lead international expansion groundwork including product registration and regulatory requirements
• Enforce pricing integrity and manage trade terms, discount bands, and receivables
• Collaborate with marketing for co-marketing campaigns and in-store activations
• Provide demand forecasts to support production and inventory planning

Requirements

• 5+ years in B2B, trade, wholesale sales, or distributor management
• Experience in FMCG, pet, food, or similar physical-product categories
• Proven track record of opening new retail accounts and managing distributors
• Hands-on experience with offline retail and ecommerce/marketplace channels (Amazon, Noon)
• UAE market experience strongly preferred
• Existing relationships within UAE veterinary, retail, grocery, or pet-industry channels
• Experience with international product launches and regulatory requirements
• Familiarity with CRM and sales pipeline management tools
