About the role

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute trade marketing plans by channel and market, aligned with brand and category priorities
  • Build and implement modern trade plans covering planograms, category management, in-store visibility, and key-account activations
  • Translate brand strategies into channel-specific POS materials, merchandising standards, and promotional activities
  • Define shopper profiles by channel and category to improve assortment, messaging, and price points
  • Establish and manage field data collection for distribution, shelf visibility, and competitor activity
  • Analyze sell-in, sell-out, and stock data to identify performance gaps and develop action plans
  • Lead trade execution of new product launches, ensuring strong listings and distribution
  • Manage trade marketing budgets and track key channel KPIs and ROI

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA is an advantage
  • 4–7 years of experience in trade/channel marketing, ideally in FMCG
  • Proven experience in the GCC/MENA region, with KSA market exposure as a strong plus
  • Solid grounding in distributor management, shopper marketing, and category management
  • Demonstrated ability to use field data and shopper insights to drive channel decisions
  • Strong analytical skills with sell-in/sell-out and market panel data
  • Budget and project management discipline
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration and negotiation skills
  • Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus
  • Direct modern trade/key-account experience with retailer joint business planning
