Responsibilities

• Develop high-performance components including matching logic, high-precision risk control, or high-speed distribution paths to maximize computational efficiency.
• Build full-link observability, treating documentation and monitoring as first-class citizens to prevent system jitter.
• Participate in system refactoring and logic optimization to address architectural bottlenecks, optimize memory layout, and reduce context switching.
• Produce high-quality code and clear design documentation that withstands rigorous code reviews.

Requirements

• Experience in high-performance, high-concurrency systems at major tech firms.
• Experience in high-frequency trading systems (HFT market makers, derivatives exchanges, or clearing systems) in traditional finance.
• Experience in matching engines and high-concurrency optimization at top-tier crypto exchanges.
• Experience in low-latency infrastructure optimization (exchange technology providers or financial cloud infrastructure).
• Deep technical expertise in low-latency systems, including lock-free queues, kernel parameter tuning, or assembly-level optimization.
• Strong commitment to technical documentation and high-quality engineering standards.
