About the role
Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day administration of trading accounts and trade-related activities
- Administer and monitor MT5 trading infrastructure, including Gateways and liquidity provider connectivity
- Monitor trading activity to identify unusual or prohibited behavior and ensure regulatory compliance
- Perform daily reconciliations and operational reporting to ensure accuracy of trade records
- Contribute to operational efficiency through system enhancements and automation support
- Collaborate with Trading, Risk, Compliance, and Technology teams
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Business, or Computer Science
- 0-2 years of experience in Trading Operations, FX/CFD brokerage, financial markets, or fintech
- Basic understanding of financial markets, trade lifecycle, and order types
- Strong Excel skills and proficiency in data analysis
- Ability to work in a rotating shift environment, including nights and weekends
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with MetaTrader 5 (MT5) administration
- Knowledge of FIX API connectivity and trade routing
- Working knowledge of SQL and/or Python
- Arabic language skills
