About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead the Trading Operations Team
- Design, update and execute pre- and post-session checks, intrasession controls and escalation procedures
- Continuously improve anomaly detection quality, reaction and resolution SLAs, and tooling
- Manage capacity planning and team performance
Requirements
- Experience in similar positions
- Willingness to combine hands-on and management tasks
- Great attention to detail
- Efficient communication in English
