About the role
Responsibilities
- Support traders in their daily operations and handle their requests
- Monitor system stability and respond quickly to issues
- Work with tickets and help resolve incidents
- Collaborate with the development team to report bugs and improvement ideas
- Maintain and update documentation and knowledge base
- Suggest improvements to make processes faster and more efficient
Requirements
- Experience in Operations or Support roles
- Experience in high-load environments (fast response, multitasking)
- English level B2 or higher
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, and other Atlassian tools
- Understanding of incident management and customer support principles
- Basic knowledge of trading and financial systems
- Strong communication, teamwork, and reasoning skills
