Responsibilities
- Own the day-to-day movement of content projects across the business
- Manage timelines, dependencies, priorities, and delivery milestones across multiple simultaneous campaigns and shoots
- Act as the primary owner and gatekeeper of Asana workflows, structures, templates, and project hygiene
- Build and maintain scalable project management systems within Asana
- Maintain visibility across internal teams, freelancers, agencies, and production resources
- Build and manage approval timelines across stakeholders
- Identify challenges and opportunities in workflow gaps and operational systems
Requirements
- 5+ years experience in traffic management, operations, or project management
- Advanced knowledge of Asana
- Strong understanding of creative production workflows (photo, video, social, paid, digital)
- Exceptional organisational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple moving projects under tight timelines
- Experience within luxury, beauty, fashion, lifestyle, or founder-led brands
