About the role
Responsibilities
- Support the preparation, coordination, and submission of technical proposals and quotations
- Assist with the administration and organization of tender and proposal documentation
- Liaise with internal technical teams and external clients for accurate submissions
- Acknowledge receipt of client enquiries and log opportunities in internal systems
- Coordinate with Technical Managers and HSE teams to gather technical and commercial information
- Maintain proposal databases and ensure proper filing of documents
- Support general administrative tasks within the office
Requirements
- Technical graduate degree
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
- Highly organized and methodical approach
- Detail-oriented mindset
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Effective communication skills with various stakeholders
- Proactive team player
