Trainee Proposal & Quotation Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Support the preparation, coordination, and submission of technical proposals and quotations
• Assist with the administration and organization of tender and proposal documentation
• Liaise with internal technical teams and external clients for accurate submissions
• Acknowledge receipt of client enquiries and log opportunities in internal systems
• Coordinate with Technical Managers and HSE teams to gather technical and commercial information
• Maintain proposal databases and ensure proper filing of documents
• Support general administrative tasks within the office

Requirements

• Technical graduate degree
• Strong Microsoft Office skills
• Highly organized and methodical approach
