About the role
Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging training sessions, workshops and professional learning programmes
- Develop training materials, presentations, practical exercises and assessments
- Facilitate interactive learning for students and corporate professionals
- Evaluate learner progress and provide constructive feedback
- Keep training content aligned with current industry practices
- Deliver customised corporate training programmes as required
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or relevant professional qualification in the respective domain
- Strong subject-matter expertise and relevant industry experience
- Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
- Ability to deliver engaging, practical and industry-relevant training
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior teaching, training or facilitation experience
- Relevant professional certifications
