About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end execution of all NEA training and capacity-building programs
- Oversee operational planning including schedules, venues, LMS coordination, and logistics
- Manage the full training operations cycle from participant onboarding to post-program reporting
- Supervise training coordinators, program coordinators, and operational support teams
- Act as the main focal point for operational coordination with government entities, corporate clients, and partners
- Monitor participant feedback and program performance metrics to identify improvement opportunities
- Ensure compliance with KHDA and other regulatory requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Education, Project Management, or Human Capital
- Minimum 7–10 years of experience in training operations or capacity building
- Experience managing large-scale government or corporate training programs
- Strong project management and operational execution skills
- Proven leadership and people management capabilities
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree in a related field
