About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage the operational management of the Centre of Excellence
- Ensure effective design, delivery, and continuous improvement of training programs
- Align training programs with Business Units and client requirements
- Develop training strategies in collaboration with business units
- Drive continuous improvement projects across the training facility
- Provide hands-on oversight of day-to-day operations
- Empower employees with skills and knowledge to exceed customer expectations
What we look for
- Experience in operational management of training centers
- Ability to design and deliver training programs
- Experience in strategic training development
- Project management skills for continuous improvement
