About the role
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deliver scalable onboarding, e-learning, and continuous learning programs
- Facilitate engaging live virtual and instructor-led training sessions
- Partner with Customer Service leaders and Quality Assurance to identify performance gaps
- Use QA trends and performance data to evaluate training effectiveness
- Maintain training programs, LMS content, and course materials
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in training, Learning & Development, or contact center operations
- Hands-on experience developing e-learning and training content
- Demonstrated experience facilitating live virtual and/or instructor-led learning
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a collaborative environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Business, or Organizational Development
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS)
- Experience with digital content development tools
- Experience with virtual training and collaboration platforms
