Transformation & BPM Manager

Responsibilities

• Build-up and manage transformation programs according to company strategy
• Manage process efficiency with fronters to improve service quality
• Set up local governance for project portfolio management
• Coordinate requirements collection and change management for tool enhancements
• Animate local committees to gather needs and development requests
• Plan and follow up activities while motivating project teams
• Manage risks and coordinate decision-making processes
• Ensure key deliverables are met on time and within budget
• Report to tactical, operational, and board levels regarding KPIs and financial impacts
• Manage successful handoffs to business owners and project closing

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in project management or process management
• Knowledge of project and change management processes (Waterfall, Agile)
• Experience in LEAN or process mapping and improvement
• Proficiency in data analysis and KPI definition/monitoring
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a similar field
• Excellent level of English

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of Coface business, products, and processes
