About the role
Responsibilities
- Create detailed financial reports summarizing the performance of transformation initiatives
- Ensure forecasts are accurate and reflect latest data and assumptions
- Coordinate with departments to gather financial data and ensure timely reporting
- Review financial data for completeness and accuracy
- Implement processes to validate financial information and ensure compliance
- Conduct regular audits of financial data to maintain integrity
- Analyze financial results to assess effectiveness and identify trends
- Prepare presentations for senior management and stakeholders
- Evaluate existing financial processes to identify inefficiencies
- Conduct cost-benefit analyses of operational processes
- Identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements
- Assist the Transformation and Innovation Manager with strategy and growth operational quality standards
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 6 years' experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting
- Advanced degree or professional certification (e.g., CFA, CPA) preferred
