Transformation Finance Analyst

Responsibilities

• Create detailed financial reports summarizing the performance of transformation initiatives
• Ensure forecasts are accurate and reflect latest data and assumptions
• Coordinate with departments to gather financial data and ensure timely reporting
• Review financial data for completeness and accuracy
• Implement processes to validate financial information and ensure compliance
• Conduct regular audits of financial data to maintain integrity
• Analyze financial results to assess effectiveness and identify trends
• Prepare presentations for senior management and stakeholders
• Evaluate existing financial processes to identify inefficiencies
• Conduct cost-benefit analyses of operational processes
• Identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements
• Assist the Transformation and Innovation Manager with strategy and growth operational quality standards

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 6 years' experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting
• Advanced degree or professional certification (e.g., CFA, CPA) preferred
