Travel Concierge (BBS873)

Responsibilities

• Chat with travelers via WhatsApp to understand preferences and give personalized recommendations
• Respond to inquiries quickly, with initial responses within 10 to 20 minutes during your shift
• Handle special requests and coordinate communication between clients and hotels or vendors
• Research and recommend hotels, restaurants and attractions using AI tools and online sources
• Verify location, timing, currency and amenities before confirming bookings
• Coordinate hotel reservations, car rentals and travel logistics across booking platforms
• Write destination guides and travel recommendations
• Collaborate with the marketing team on social content
• Solve problems calmly when plans change due to delays or cancellations

Requirements

• Exceptional written English
• Empathetic, client-focused service mindset
• Detail-oriented and reliable
• Comfortable with Slack, WhatsApp, Google Sheets and Docs, and booking platforms
• Available for one of the two offered shifts consistently

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Expedia Tapp or Fora
• Background in hospitality, travel or concierge services
• Experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT
• Knowledge of airlines, loyalty programs and travel booking systems
• Negotiation skills with vendors and hotels
