About the role
Responsibilities
- Coordinate travel arrangements including flights, hotels, transportation and visas
- Stay updated on visa requirements and immigration laws across countries
- Ensure immigration compliance and maintain accurate records
- Liaise with government officials and external organizations on visas
- Support employees through the visa application process
- Review and improve travel processes for efficiency and cost-effectiveness
- Resolve escalated travel-related issues promptly
Requirements
- At least 3 years in travel planning and visa organization
- Knowledge of visa requirements and immigration processes
- Confident project management skills
- Fluent English
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stay composed under stress
Preferred Qualifications
- Fluent Russian
