About the role
Responsibilities
- Acquire and solicit new bancassurance business through cross-selling and referrals
- Identify financial needs of customers through financial needs analysis
- Introduce products and associated risks to customers
- Provide superior service in accordance with Bank standards
- Ensure compliance with regulatory codes and internal policies including KYC and AML
- Assist in investigating and handling bancassurance complaints
Requirements
- At least 3 years of relevant insurance sales experience
- Diploma or Degree in Business or Finance from a reputable institution
- Preferably registered RI (Type 1 & 4) with HKSI 1, 7 & 8
- Must be registered TR with IIQE 1, 2, 3 & 5
