About the role
Responsibilities
- Reactivate existing Treasures customers to identify their needs and explore AUM top up opportunity
- Acquire new to bank Treasures customer from different channels
- Act as a Digital Ambassador for General Banking services
- Provide superior service to customers in accordance with the Treasures Customer Interaction Model and the Bank's service standards
- Adhere to all internal policies, procedures, and guidelines, including anti-money laundering and KYC principles
Requirements
- Degree holder, preferably in business or finance related
- Minimum 2-3 years' experience in consumer banking industry with strong sales drive
- Exposure to investment products and priority banking services preferred
- Self-starter with a tenacity to succeed and a flair for selling
- Customer-focused with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in Mandarin and English are required
