Responsibilities

• Acquire new affluent customers and identify business opportunities through cross-selling and referrals
• Provide tailored financial solutions across banking, insurance, and investment products
• Offer suitable wealth management products based on customer profiles and explain associated risks
• Maintain regular contact with existing customers to deepen relationships and reduce attrition
• Handle inquiries and execute financial transactions and orders
• Adhere to bank policies, compliance, and regulatory requirements including KYC and AML
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet objectives

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of sales experience in consumer banking, preferably in the affluent segment
• Proven sales track record in wealth management products
• Degree holder, preferably in business or finance
• Registered RI (Type 1 & 4) with HKSI 1, 7, 8 or equivalent
• Registered TR with IIQE 1, 2, 3, 5 or equivalent
• Fluency in Mandarin and English required
• CFP or CFA designation is an advantage
