About the role
Responsibilities
- Acquire new affluent customers and identify business opportunities through cross-selling and referrals
- Provide tailored solutions across banking, insurance, and investment products via Financial Needs Analysis (FNA)
- Manage customer portfolios and offer suitable wealth management products based on risk profiles
- Maintain regular contact with existing customers to deepen relationships and reduce attrition
- Deliver superior customer service and professional financial planning
- Adhere to bank policies, HKMA regulations, and SFC Code of Conduct
- Collaborate with colleagues to meet team objectives
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience in consumer banking, preferably in the affluent segment
- Consistent sales track record in wealth management products
- Degree holder, preferably in business or finance
- Registered RI [Regulated Activities: Type 1 & 4] with HKSI Licensing Examination Papers 1, 7 & 8
- Registered TR [General & Long Term] with IIQE papers 1, 2, 3 & 5
- Fluency in Mandarin and English
- CFP or CFA designation is an advantage
