Treasury Business Analyst

Responsibilities

• Conduct requirement gathering workshops with Treasury Front Office, Middle Office, Back Office, Risk, Finance and Operations teams
• Prepare and maintain BRD, FRD, user stories, solution design documents, process flows and data mapping documents
• Analyze treasury products including FX, money market, fixed income, derivatives and structured products
• Provide functional support to Treasury Sales and Trading teams and triage production incidents
• Define test scenarios and support SIT, UAT and production validation
• Perform reconciliation between source systems and downstream applications

Requirements

• Strong understanding of Treasury and Capital Markets operations and products
• Knowledge of front, middle and back office processes
• Understanding of MTM, P&L, limit management, market risk and GL integration
• Expertise in at least two derivative or fixed income product areas
• SQL and data analysis skills
• Experience with treasury platforms such as Calypso, Murex, Kondor+ or Oracle FLEXCUBE
• Minimum 6-10 years of business analysis experience
• Minimum 4 years in Treasury or Capital Markets domain
• Banking or financial services experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Treasury transformation or digitalization project experience
• Experience with market data providers such as Bloomberg, Refinitiv or Integral
