Treasury Director

Responsibilities

• Oversee strategic management of treasury and financing services, including cash and liquidity management
• Manage financial risk, debt, centralized payment systems, and cash pooling
• Secure funding through shareholder loans, bank loans, and other mechanisms
• Manage debt-to-equity structures and capital allocation strategies
• Develop investment strategies to maximize returns while managing risk
• Ensure compliance with IFRS, UAE Free Zone regulations, and corporate tax laws
• Lead annual budgeting, financial forecasting, and business planning
• Optimize working capital and manage accounts payable and receivable

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• At least 15 years of experience in treasury, corporate finance, or financial risk management
• Demonstrated experience managing treasury operations for multinational organizations
• In-depth knowledge of cash pooling and risk management frameworks
• Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and data analysis
• Familiarity with UAE Free Zone corporate tax requirements

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree
• Professional certification such as CFA, CPA, or ACT
