Treasury

Responsibilities

• Manage daily cash flow, liquidity monitoring, and multi-currency fund planning
• Issue and monitor company guarantees, performance bonds, and payment guarantees
• Evaluate foreign exchange exposure and prepare hedging proposals and currency conversion recommendations
• Manage bank facilities, renewals, and maintain strong banking relationships
• Prepare fixed deposit proposals and compare bank rates and terms
• Manage intercompany payments, loans, settlements, and transfer pricing-related funding
• Ensure accurate recording of treasury transactions in accordance with IFRS and accounting standards
• Review bank reconciliations and manage payments and Accounts Payable activities
• Monitor UN sanctions and banking compliance requirements

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of progressive treasury experience, preferably in a contracting company
• Hands-on experience in cash flow planning, bank facilities, bank guarantees, and letters of credit (LCs)
• Strong experience in multi-currency cash and fund management
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce
• Advanced knowledge of IFRS
• Proficiency in ERP systems, preferably Odoo
• Strong English communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional certification such as CA, ACCA, CPA, or CMA
• UAE experience and familiarity with the Wage Protection System (WPS)
• Experience with insurance and payroll-related treasury coordination
