About the Company
Yubo is the Social Discovery app to make new friends and hang out online. By eliminating likes and follows, we empower our users to create genuine connections and show up as their true selves.
Responsibilities
- Investigate and assess user reports, applying internal guidelines objectively and consistently
- Conduct risk assessments to determine severity, urgency, and potential impact
- Monitor livestreams in real time to respond to Community Guideline violations
- Identify operational, product, or policy gaps and propose improvements
- Report and document technical bugs encountered during moderation
- Analyze and report emerging trends within the French market to provide insights for Product teams
- Contribute to cross-functional safety initiatives by providing regional context
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in Trust & Safety, online moderation, or risk assessment
- Fluency in French (C1/C2) and English (B2 minimum)
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and user dynamics
- Understanding of dating/social discovery app risk scenarios (misrepresentation, boundary-pushing, etc.)
- Strong analytical skills and objective decision-making abilities under pressure
- High social intelligence and cultural awareness
What we look for
- 2–4 years Trust & Safety experience
