Tutoring Specialist

Responsibilities

• Engage AI models on complex instructional scenarios
• Validate AI understanding of pedagogical concepts against best-in-class teaching practices
• Evaluate AI outputs for clarity, correctness, and reasoning quality
• Analyze subtle reasoning errors and document gaps in logic
• Provide structured, rewritten explanations to improve model reasoning and teaching capabilities

Requirements

• Tangible, hands-on experience teaching, tutoring, or building curriculum
• Experience in university instruction, bootcamp mentoring, corporate enablement, or online course creation
• Deep expertise in instruction and structured reasoning
• Native-level English communication skills
• Ability to explain and document complex concepts in clear, logically sequenced steps
• Ability to work independently as a contractor

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience as a TA, tutor, lecturer, or course creator
• Experience with platforms like Udemy, Coursera, or Udacity
