About the role
Responsibilities
- Draft and schedule daily tweets, educational threads and market commentary
- Monitor the timeline and engage with followers, founders and influencers
- Spot breaking crypto news and trending memes and turn them into content
- Repurpose YouTube videos, articles and podcasts into Twitter-optimized formats
- Track engagement, growth and reach to refine the Twitter strategy
Requirements
- Deep understanding of DeFi, L1s/L2s and crypto Twitter culture
- Strong copywriting for concise, hook-driven posts
- Ability to work autonomously with a flexible schedule
- Fast, accurate content production under tight deadlines
- Basic graphic design skills for memes and GIFs
- 1-2+ years managing a crypto brand account or Web3 community
