About the role
Responsibilities
- Own the Twitter / X account end-to-end, across content, community, and growth
- Develop content strategy and publishing rhythm
- Write platform-native posts and adapt to trends
- Create visual content using AI tools or brief designers
- Build an active presence by joining conversations and engaging with relevant accounts
- Identify and build relationships with creators via DMs
- Experiment with content formats and growth mechanics
- Track engagement and account performance
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in social media or community management
- Strong hands-on experience with Twitter/X
- Deep understanding of Twitter culture, algorithms, and memes
- Excellent written English with a natural platform voice
- Proactive, experimental mindset and ability to work independently
- Comfortable working with adult-focused products and creators
- Experience in the adult industry, AI, Web3, or SaaS is a plus
