About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage bookkeeping and accounting across multiple UAE companies
- Prepare quarterly VAT returns and UAE Corporate Tax returns through the FTA portal
- Perform bank and credit card reconciliations and monthly financial reporting
- Prepare monthly payroll, WPS requirements and end-of-service calculations
- Provide monthly financial summaries to directors and support budgeting and forecasting
Requirements
- Proven UAE accounting experience
- Working knowledge of UAE VAT, Corporate Tax and FTA procedures
- Experience preparing and submitting VAT and Corporate Tax returns
- Experience managing accounting for multiple UAE companies, including free zone entities
- Proficiency in Zoho Books, Xero or QuickBooks and strong Excel skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline
- ACCA, CPA, CA or equivalent qualification
- Experience with Dubai free zone companies or SMEs
