About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide operational, strategic, and administrative support to the Chief of Staff Office
- Contribute to the effective oversight and management of IBG's international franchise
- Support key initiatives across governance, internal controls, and strategy execution
- Manage business risk, international expansion, and talent management
- Handle budgeting, cost optimization, and product and business development
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to drive strategic priorities and enhance operational effectiveness
Requirements
