About the role
Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain MIS reports, dashboards and management updates
- Analyze productivity, performance and headcount across teams
- Consolidate stakeholder information and track key decisions and action items
- Coordinate multiple projects from planning through closure
- Prepare presentations and briefing materials for management
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Data Analytics or related field
- 3-4 years in MIS, business analytics, PMO or project coordination
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and strong data analysis skills
- Strong project coordination and stakeholder management
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Power BI or similar visualization tools
