About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage relationship service levels with Area Managers, central team and Relationship Managers
- Handle final escalation point for customer complaints across branches and RMs
- Ensure RMs complete KYC checks and compliance requirements for regulated products
- Manage rejects and referrals on products sourced by Relationship Managers
- Report expired or overdue KYC and identity documents for the Emirati Gold segment
- Support audit queries and rectify audit objections
- Maintain CRM recording of customer interactions and drive CRM usage at the frontline
- Support alternate channel adoption and ad-hoc outbound calling exercises
Requirements
- University graduate preferred
- 3-4 years banking experience or equivalent
- Thorough knowledge of retail banking products, services and processes
- Problem solving and communication skills
- Interpersonal skills and ability to work under pressure
- Computer literacy
