About the role
Responsibilities
- Analyze and assess customers repayment problems and restructure repayment proposals to achieve assigned recovery targets
- Coordinate internally with different departments to ensure proper follow-up on classified customers
- Contact external official authorities to ensure quick enforcement of decided actions
- Utilize MIS reports to assist in the reduction of the past due position
- Provide high quality service to internal and external customers to achieve satisfaction
- Meet with defaulting customers to solve payment problems by restructuring proposals or recommending courses of action
- Recommend steps to the Team Leader to regularize customer positions and reduce past due loans
Requirements
- Must be a UAE National
- Strong problem-solving capabilities
- Ability to maintain excellent relationships with different authorities to obtain information on defaulters
- Experience in dealing with defaulting customers to ensure maximum recovery
