About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage and monitor a portfolio of delinquent home loan accounts
- Conduct roughly 30 recorded outreach calls per day
- Negotiate full payment or repayment arrangements with customers
- Assess and process restructuring requests from distressed customers
- Escalate fraud, skip-tracing and suspicious activity cases
- Recommend settlement proposals and coordinate legal and final notices
- Maintain accurate customer records in FinnOne
- Resolve customer complaints with CXCG, Operations and Home Loan teams
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years in retail banking collections and recoveries
- Knowledge of home loan and Ijarah finance products
- Strong negotiation and customer handling skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with FinnOne or similar collection systems
