About the role
Responsibilities
- Delight internal and external customers via inbound and outbound calls, chat, and email
- Resolve customer problems and explain banking procedures and products
- Convert sales opportunities to meet financial targets
- Capture and report customer feedback for product development
- Achieve KPIs including AHT, quality scores, and NPS
- Perform root cause analysis and reversals of charges and fees when necessary
Requirements
- University Graduate (preferably in finance, banking, or maths)
- 1 to 3 years of relevant experience
- Strong customer focus and computer literacy
- Excellent communication and listening skills
