About the role
Responsibilities
- Deliver and assist in the delivery of transactional matter work on instruction from the Practice
- Manage service delivery for tasks and projects both within and outside the UAE
- Use legal AI, document review tools, and virtual data rooms
- Support the smooth running of matters and liaise with lawyers and clients
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of legal developments and technology
Requirements
- Fluent Arabic and English language skills
- LPC / SQE or (Foreign) Qualified lawyer
- 2 years' experience as a Banking Paralegal within an international law firm or leading financial institution
- Experience supporting banking and finance transactions, including document management and due diligence
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid environment
