About the role
Responsibilities
- Design and facilitate a co-creation workshop with the Ministry of Defense, PMPP TNI, CSOs, and academia to develop a national WPS training curriculum
- Develop participatory, scenario-based learning exercises grounded in rapid assessment findings
- Lead a Training of Trainers (ToT) to build facilitation capacity for resource persons
- Coordinate and co-facilitate the delivery of national-level WPS training for the defense sector
- Design and analyze post-training evaluation surveys to ensure evidence-based reporting
- Document lessons learned and produce a final consultancy report with recommendations for institutional uptake
Requirements
- Master's degree in social sciences, development studies, gender studies, security studies, or similar (Bachelor's with additional experience accepted)
- At least 5-7 years of professional experience in gender equality, WPS, or training design
- Demonstrated experience in participatory training methodologies (simulations, case studies, role-plays)
- Proven experience in Women, Peace and Security programming or gender-responsive institutional reform
- Experience facilitating multi-stakeholder processes involving government and civil society
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
